Origin
A Westview neighbour, written into Wanda's sitcom as Mrs. Hart and made to laugh on cue while she choked. Years later Agatha knocked, needing a fifth witch, decided a woman who kept a garden was close enough, and took her onto the Witches' Road. She was the only one of the five with nothing to defend herself with.
